Accomplished, entrepreneurial and high-energy finance, accounting, and operations executive with over forty years of leadership experience in private and public companies. Functional responsibilities have included controllership functions, capital raises, business development and divestiture, strategic planning, corporate governance and internal controls, contract and grant administration, and SEC and internal financial reporting. Additionally, had management and hands-on responsibilities for treasury, purchasing, human resources, facility management, risk management, and information systems.
